接HK DHL通知，近期大量寄往沙特阿拉伯（Saudi Arabia）的货物由于清关资料的缺失导致货物延误或者退回，为了避免此类问题，请按照沙特阿拉伯海关要求提供相应文件：

1. 以下货物无论以任何商业形式寄运至沙特阿拉伯，都需要提供SASO合格证书（SASO Conformity Certificate）清关。

2. 寄运至沙特阿拉伯的以下商品需要提供食品和药品许可证明（Saudi Food and Drug prior approval）清关。

3. 寄运至沙特阿拉伯的以下商品需要提供贸易与产业部颁发的许可证（Ministry of Trade and Industry prior approval）清关。

4. 寄运至沙特阿拉伯的以下商品需要提供通讯许可证明CITC(Communications and Information Technology Commission) 清关。
